QliqCONNECT for Android is currently unavailable for download from Google Play. The issue involves our GPS-based time and location reporting feature known as Visit Path.The QliqSOFT development team is working diligently with Google to correct the issue and reinstate the app.

Customers who already have the app installed on their Android device will not experience issues and can continue to use the app as they normally would. However, new users or anyone who deletes the app from their Android device will not be able to download and install the app until this issue has been resolved.

Yes, existing users who already have QliqCONNECT installed on their Android devices can continue using the app normally without any interruptions. Only new downloads and reinstallations are affected by this Google Play availability issue.

You can use QliqCONNECT on other platforms including iPhone/iPad, Mac, or Windows devices. All other QliqSOFT products like Virtual Visits, Video Calls, and secure messaging APIs remain fully operational.

Visit Path is QliqCONNECT's GPS-based time and location reporting feature that tracks healthcare professionals' visits and locations. Google Play has flagged this location tracking functionality, temporarily preventing new app downloads until compliance issues are resolved.

While your account data should be preserved on QliqSOFT's servers, you won't be able to reinstall the app from Google Play until the issue is resolved. Contact your Customer Success Manager before making any changes to avoid potential access issues.
